• Donations are voluntary and serve as a way to support the server. Donating does not grant immunity from these terms or other in-game rules.
• If you have any issues with your payment, please contact our support team at discord. for resolution before initiating a chargeback.

3. Refund and Chargeback Policy

By purchasing any digital goods or making donations to LegacyMS, you agree that **refunds are not allowed**. Once a transaction is completed, there is no way to reverse the process or reclaim any funds. Any attempt to circumvent this through chargebacks or disputes will result in the immediate banning of your account, and you will forfeit any remaining privileges or items.
